Whether we're serving breakfast in our kitchen, lunch on the river or a special meal for one of our custom tips, food is a very important element.  We are often asked for our recipes, so here are many that we've had requests for over and over.

Cookies & Brownies

 

When you stay at our B&B you'll often be treated to a plate of warm cookies. We serve cookies or brownies on our raft trips as well. What can be more yummy after a ride down the river?

Our Alaskan Full breakfast can be anything from Sourdough Blueberry pancakes to Crab Omelets or Fresh Fruit with Granola & Honey Yogurt.  Here you'll find Specialties of the House and some old family favorites.
